The Odoo Package for HR Management is a robust program to satisfy all your HR needs. It can handle the functions from Hiring to Managing Employee Directory to Managing Assistance and Leave, Cost, and Timesheet.

To activate the HR management features, you need to install the following apps from Odoo software.

Employee Directory

This program allows you to build and maintain the organisation's employee registry. You may create department hierarchy for your organization and add employees under different divisions that suit the structure of your organization. With this module the employee contract specifics will be configured. So, this is the HR module's foundation. Attendance
